📞 Microsoft Office 2021 Phone Activation Tutorial on Windows

📝 This guide explains how to securely activate your Office 2021 Home, Pro, or Standard license by phone.

✅ Prerequisites:

  • Microsoft Office 2021 installed on your PC

  • Have the 25-character product key

  • Have access to a phone (landline or mobile)

🧩 Step 1: Open the Activation Tool

  1. Open any Office application (Word, Excel, etc.).

  2. Click “Activate Office” if a window appears.

  3. If it’s not offered automatically:

    • Go to: Fichier > Compte > Changer de clé de produit

    • Enter the Office 2021 activation key received after purchase

  1. On the activation screen, choose the option “I want to activate the software by phone”
    (if this option does not appear, use the following manual command)

  2. Press Windows + R to open Run

  1. A new window opens: Select your country or region from the list.

  2. Click Next.
