These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCs) govern sales made on the Destock-Teck website (https://www.destock-teck.com), managed by [Your name or company name], whose registered office is located at [Full address].

By placing an order on our site, the customer unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions.

1. Products

Destock-Teck offers two types of products:

Digital products: Microsoft software licenses, delivered by email with a download link.
Physical products: software boxes, computer accessories, sent by postal delivery.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding any delivery costs. Destock-Teck reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

3. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. The customer receives a confirmation email with their order summary. For digital products, delivery is usually immediate by email.

4. Payment

Payment for orders is made via Stripe (credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Payment is 100% secure, and data is never stored by Destock-Teck.

5. Delivery

Digital Products:

Delivered by email immediately or within a maximum of 24 hours after payment validation.
No delivery fees are applied.

Physical Products:

Shipped within 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination.
Delivery via partner carriers (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, etc.)
Delivery fees are displayed during checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal

Digital Products:

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the license has been delivered and activated, except in the case of a defective or non-functional product.

Physical Products:

The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product is new, unopened, and unused.

7. Warranty after-sales service

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity.

8. Liability

Destock-Teck cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product. The seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be favored before any legal action. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent court.
